Hershey Kiss "Blossom" Cookies
I used my Peanut Butter Cookie recipe for these as well, but you can also do basic sugar cookie dough for these.
Instead of making the dough into balls or flattening with a fork for regular peanut butter cookies, you shape the ball, then flatten it into a circle with your hands.
IMMEDIATELY after the cookies are baked (still 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees), insert Hershey Kisses into the top (push them down into the cookie).
Move to cooling rack & allow PLENTY of time for the chocolate to re-harden (it will be super soft/melted from the heat of the cookie).
